Another year at Kirk Hallam with their year 11 students, introducing them to yoga the world of yoga and its numerous benefits.
Main features of the classes…
1. What their posture says about them, as they walk into an interview room.
2. What breathing techniques to use to feel energised or relaxed.
3. How to stay in control when feeling anxious or stressed.
4. How to deal with pupil panic on and during exam days.
5. Breathing techniques to enable pupils to remain calm, making it easier for them
to recall information during exams and achieve their full potential.
The pupils were enthusiastic and a pleasure to teach, as usual!!!
