YogaBeamz had the most amazing day with both the staff and pupils at Stanton Vale Special School in Long Eaton.
Yoga can be adapted to every individuals needs, allowing the pupils to work at their own pace and enjoy the benefits of a regular yoga practise.
Let me just say they were all absolutely amazing and a privilege to teach.
