The YogaBurst cards allow teachers to introduce mini yoga breaks throughout the school day
‘YogaBeamz Year 6 Sats Programme’ has gone from strength to strength and is now being incorporated into schools across the East Midlands.
‘Healthy Schools days’ are becoming ever more popular
YogaBeamz in Nurseries and Schools continues to expand each year, along with YogaBeamz being taught in ‘Rainbows, Brownies, Scouts and Guides’.
