Had a wonderful time at the beautiful ‘Harlaxton Manor’ in Grantham teaching yoga to The Nottingham Youth Orchestra.
We were surrounded by the lovely gardens which added another dimension to the experience of yoga, so much so that some of the students were asleep after the relaxation part of the class!
Fantastic!!
