Year 1 at Willow Farm are studying the topic of Dinosaurs, as part of this I was invited into school not only to introduce the children to yoga but to base my yoga adventure on dinosaurs! It was so much fun.
We travelled through time, were chased by a Tyrannosaurus-Rex, nearly knocked over by an Ankylosaurs, a Diplodocus started munching on the tree we were hiding in, we tiptoed around a sleeping Stegosaurus, discovered which dinosaurs were Carnivore or Herbivores and so much more!
Everyone was exhausted by the end of the adventure, so we all laid down with our lavender bags and enjoyed relaxing whilst ‘Belly Breathing’
The children knew so much about dinosaurs, they were brilliant!
