The girls of 3rd West Bridgford Brownies were so polite, enthusiastic and friendly.
We enjoyed yoga games, yoga movements, balances, mindful breathing exercises and at the end of relaxation they were so quiet and calm it was a challenge to get them up!!
An absolute pleasure to teach.
