I had such a lovely day at St Leonards Primary school, in a beautiful village called Swithland in Loughborough, Leicestershire.
It’s a real treat for me to have the opportunity of introducing yoga into a small close-knit village school.
All the children throughout the primary school took part, they were engaged, enthusiastic and such a pleasure to teach. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
I even had the opportunity to teach some of the yoga classes in the Memorial Hall.
Both the staff and children are now familiar with my ‘YogaBurst Cards’ and looking forward to introducing and enjoying the many benefits of having mini ‘YogaBurst’ breaks throughout the school day.
