I was so pleased to be asked back again this year to teach yoga and mindfulness at the University of Nottingham as part of the FSY (For the Strength of Youth) programme.
It is a yearly, week long programme ran by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for all those aged 14 to 18 years old.
We had an amazing couple of days
