YogaBeamz had a great opportunity to teach yoga to the 3rd West Bridgford Guides as St Giles Church in West Bridgford Nottingham.
We had so much fun, lots of girls, lots of energy and enthusiasm throughout the class.
We finished with relaxation and lots of chilled, calm, relaxed and soooooooo quiet girls. Brilliant!!
They were amazing!
