Sat’s, How to Avoid Pupil Panic

YogaBeamz Yr 6 Sats Program has been developed to improve pupils physical and emotional wellbeing in the run up to and during sats week.
Pupils learn techniques such as breath control, positive affirmations, visualisations, building strength, stamina and flexibility, whilst enabling pupils to remain calm and focussed.

Easing pupil anxiety and panic which empowers every pupil to reach their full potential not only in their SATS tests but in their day-to-day experiences.
