YogaBeamz had a great opportunity to teach the 1st Burton Joyce Guides.
It was so much fun, a fantastic group of girls, that were enthusiastic and worked extremely hard!
Girls……Don’t forget the 3B’s mindful breathing technique when you just need a moment!
