Cobra/Snake Posture

Yoga has so many benefits to both the body and mind.
A great health posture is the cobra/snake

This posture can help ease tummy ache/cramps,
It also stimulates the Thymus Gland that’s located behind the breast bone.
It is the bodies defence against disease.

The Cobra/snake is a back bend,
after doing this posture come down into child/mouse posture,
This will release any tension in the spine
